Order Cancellations

Because we process orders quickly to get fabric into your hands, cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing your order. Once fabric has been cut from the bolt or packaged, the order cannot be canceled.

Return Policy

Due to the custom-cut nature of fabric by the yard, cut yardage, pre-cut bundles, patterns, and clearance items are final sale.

However, your satisfaction matters to us! We accept returns on unopened, unused notions and hardware within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the buyer’s responsibility, and items must arrive in their original, unopened packaging.

Flaws or Fulfillment Errors

We take pride in our quality control, but if your order arrives damaged, flawed, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery at shelley@coralandolive.com. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the issue, and we will promptly issue a replacement or full refund.
