Shipping Policy

At Coral & Olive Creative, we know how exciting it is to wait for happy mail! We inspect, carefully fold, and package every order with maker-grade care from our smoke-free, pet-free studio.

Processing & Turnaround Times

Standard Orders: In-stock fabrics, precuts, and notions are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

Launch & Drop Events: During major release weekends or high-volume stash drops, please allow up to 3–5 business days for fulfillment.

Domestic Shipping Rates (US)

• Orders are shipped via UPS 2nd Day, UPS 3rd Day, UPS Ground or UPS Ground Saver, depending on what is selected at checkout.

• Calculated shipping rates are displayed in real time at checkout so you never pay more than necessary.

• All shipments include automated UPS tracking sent directly to your order email the moment your shipping label is created.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our direct control. If your package appears stalled, missing, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at shelley@coralandolive.com with your order number, and we will gladly help you initiate a trace or claim.
